Tender Description

The Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of Solar Panels for Headquarters. The scope includes site preparation, construction, supervision, quality control, and project completion according to approved designs and specifications. Bidding will be conducted through Direct Procurement procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act. The tender is open to all eligible bidders who meet the qualification criteria. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the procurement office of CBDA headquarters.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years 3. Current Pension Compliance Certificate 4. Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate 5. Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable 6. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years 7. Registration with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) 8. Evidence of similar construction experience in the past five (5) years 9. List of relevant equipment owned or leased 10. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policy
