Tender Description

The Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Consultancy Services of Civil Works for Maiduguri Dam. The scope includes providing expert advice, analysis, recommendations, and implementation support for the project requirements. Bidding will be conducted through Direct Procurement procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act. The tender is open to all eligible bidders who meet the qualification criteria. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the procurement office of CBDA headquarters.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years 3. Current Pension Compliance Certificate 4. Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate 5. Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable 6. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years 7. Professional registration of key personnel 8. Evidence of similar consultancy services in the past five (5) years 9. CVs of key professional staff
