Tender Description

The Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Dam Maintenance of Construction Materials for Eastern Operational Zone. The scope includes inspection, repair, and maintenance of dam structures to ensure their safety and operational efficiency. Bidding will be conducted through Limited Tendering Process procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act. The tender is open to all eligible bidders who meet the qualification criteria. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the procurement office of CBDA headquarters.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years 3. Current Pension Compliance Certificate 4. Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate 5. Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable 6. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years 7. Evidence of similar project experience in the last five (5) years 8. Technical capability and qualified personnel
