Tender Description

The Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA) seeks urgent proposals from qualified contractors for emergency repairs to the water treatment facility at Maiduguri Dam. This is a critical infrastructure project requiring immediate attention. The scope includes inspection, diagnosis, repair, and testing of water treatment equipment to restore full operational capacity. Due to the urgent nature of this project, an expedited bidding process will be followed while maintaining transparency and adherence to procurement standards. Interested contractors must demonstrate prior experience with similar emergency repair works on water treatment facilities.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years 3. Current Pension Compliance Certificate 4. Evidence of similar emergency repair experience in the past three (3) years 5. Availability to commence work immediately upon award 6. Technical capacity to handle urgent water treatment facility repairs 7. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policy
