Tender Description

The Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA) invited sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and installation of modern agricultural equipment for demonstration farms across the Basin. The scope included procurement, supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of tractors, irrigation equipment, seed planters, harvesters, and other agricultural implements. This tender has been awarded to a qualified contractor. The implementation phase has commenced and is expected to be completed within the specified timeline. The awarded contract will enhance agricultural productivity and serve as demonstration sites for farmers in the region.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years 3. Current Pension Compliance Certificate 4. Manufacturer's authorization for agricultural equipment 5. Evidence of similar supply and installation experience 6. After-sales service capability 7. Technical training capability for local operators 8. Proof of availability of spare parts and maintenance facilities
