Tender Description

The Chad Basin Development Authority (CBDA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Vehicles and Transportation for Eastern Operational Zone. The scope includes procurement, supply, delivery, and commissioning of the specified items in accordance with technical specifications. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act. The tender is open to all eligible bidders who meet the qualification criteria. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the procurement office of CBDA headquarters.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years 3. Current Pension Compliance Certificate 4. Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate 5. Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable 6. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years 7. Evidence of similar supply experience in the past five (5) years 8. Manufacturer's authorization for specialized equipment 9. After-sales service capability
