Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various water resource and agricultural development projects.

As a Project Manager at CBDA, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project activities and resources
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Manage project risks and issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members
• Prepare project status reports and updates
• Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Management, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in water resources or agricultural development projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
